Bidders must have a letter of guarantee from their bank to register.
The letter's amount has to cover the aggregate amount of their final bid and the applicable buyers premium.
A 10% non-refundable deposit will be made the day of the sale.

BUYER'S MUST REGISTER FOR A BIDDING NUMBER BY GIVING NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND BE VERIFIED WITH AN ACCEPTABLE PHOTO IDENTIFICATION IF REQUESTED.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS WHERE IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT MERCHANDISE BEFORE BIDDING EVEN IF BIDDER IS AN ABSENTEE BID OR PHONE BID), ONCE IT IS SOLD TO YOU IT IS YOURS AND MUST BE PAID FOR.
ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE REMOVED FROM PREMISES ON DAY OF SALE.
ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE DAY OF SALE TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ALL OTHER ADVERTISEMENTS AND PRINTED MATERIAL BY ACCEPTING A BIDDER CARD, MAKING AN ABSENTEE BID, OR MAKING A PHONE BID YOU AGREE TO THESE AND ANY OTHER TERMS OF SALE.
WE GLADLY ACCEPT LEFT OR OUTSIDE BIDS AS WELL AS PHONE BIDS.
FOR AN ABSENTEE OR PHONE BID A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER MUST BE LEFT WITH A HOLD PLACED FOR HIGH BID AMOUNT BEING HELD AGAINST THE CARD UNTIL AUCTIONS END WHERE THE CHARGE WILL BE COMPLETED OR THE HOLD WILL BE RELEASED.
ABSENTEE BIDS WILL BE TREATED AS A LIVE COMPETITIVE BID WITH AN AUCTION STAFF MEMBER BIDDING LIVE FOR THE ABSENT BIDDER.
PICKUP AND OR SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNING BIDDER.
THE AUCTIONEER WILL CALLL BIDS IN THE INCREMENTS HE OR SHE SEES AS APPROPRIATE. THE AUCTIONEER MAY OR MAY NOT RECOGNIZE A REQUEST FROM A BIDDER FOR A REDUCED INCREMENT.
ALL ADVERTISED ITEMS AND PREVIEWED ITEMS WILL SELL UNLESS A LEGAL SITUATION ARISES THAT REQUIRES AN ITEM BE REMOVED.
BID RIGGING, BIDDER COLLUSION, OR DISPARAGEMENT OF ITEMS TO AFFECT THE SELLING PRICE(S) IS A FELONY PUNISHABLE UNDER FEDERAL LAW (THE SHERMAN ACT). ANY OF THESE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND MAY BE REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.
